As before, excellent service, friendly and helpful, very quick turnaround and reasonable price. I now have my iPad back and working! I have been going to BITS for several years and I highly recommend them.
I originally had a problem with my IMac, which was collected, repaired and returned in perfect order within a couple of days. As a result, when my IPad slid off my bed onto my thickly carpeted bedroom floor and died, having tried all the ‘at home’ remedies possible, I took it into Bits. They could not have tried harder to repair it, consulting me at every stage, and finally having to admit defeat. When I collected it, I could not believe that there was no charge- because they couldn’t repair it. They had still spent their time trying several possible solutions, and I was amazed and very grateful.When I subsequently put in a claim to my insurance company Bits not only immediately emailed me a report, but again made no charge.I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and I would not go anywhere else.
IPAD2 broken screen. Read the reviews for the company and decided to give them a try. Technically, a really good repair, looks like new again and at a great price. The level of service on top, collection, delivery, keeping me informed of progress, was just that bit extra that makes all the difference. Have no hesitation in using BITS again and certainly no hesitation in recommending them. I'm sometimes skeptical of feedback, but can wholly agree with what's been said already.
Really pleased with the service I received from Bournemouth IT Solutions. They replaced the screen on my iPad and at a great price. The repair took longer than expected due to the bank holiday and the air show causing a parts delivery to be delayed but I was kept up to date and offered a discount for the inconvenience! Would definitely use again!
I cannot thank these people enough. Not only did they patiently listen to my panic ridden gibberish as i tried to explain the problem with my iPad Air...after hours of frustration with Apple Help. But the solution which was simple, They gave me for FREE over the phone!! In Boston where I usually live, there is Nothing for free.
